A technical book devoted to automatic watering
A question of Marcel of Bordeaux.
Kitchen garden of 2 + some floors of flowers (3 to 2) distant from/to each other and from the kitchen garden. More of the projects: 6 to be planted, of raspberry canes etc…
I seek a document (a book) which explains drop by drop and automatic watering while showing:
- made saving
- assemblies to be realized
- according to the plants, shafts, vegetables
- the hardware with set up
- to avoid
- astutenesss to be used

I have some times “cross” of the books of consultings such as one finds them in the garden-centers (, …) on this subject, but were not valid: either too old and thus any more of topicality, or too much brief.
Perhaps didn't I seek enough…?
Perhaps can these books be appropriate to you?
Even on Internet, the sources of information which I know are very weak, and in any case seldom intended has to forward knowledge, but rather to show a know-how.
Today, the “Knowledge” relating to this field is especially on the level of the professionals: Wholesaler-distributers, Craftsman specialized, Research departments…. It forwards mainly word of mouth and on the ground (workings gardens or forming shops…).
However, if you seek a “TECHNICAL” book, start in first by studying the bases of Hydraulics, without seeking to become engineer in this field. Some theoretical concepts are only essential.
You will pass to the next steps afterwards.
Lastly, learn how to check your information concerning automatic watering (including those written in a book; and also mine if you want!) : the Knowledge being established nor not written perfectly, the opinions, consultings, principles… are as varied as there can be information sources! There is despite everything some bases which it is necessary to adhere to, but all speakers of Automatic Watering (manufacturers, large surfaces, landscape designers,… etc…) will not tell it inevitably to you.
