Watercolours of Wolf
Formed with Beautiful arts, after a few years of advertizing graphics, Wolf with started to paint at 30 years, in 1994.
It chose to work the watercolour, technique interesting for its specificity:
- although claiming of the artist a perfect control of the drawing and technique, the watercolour remains simple and accessible for the spectator -
- imposing a great speed of execution, and thus a great spontaneousness vis-a-vis paper, she asks as a preliminary a meticulous study of the subject to seize essence of it.
Wolf likes nature, and finds its inspiration in the gardens. Flowers, fruit and vegetables propose a variety of matters and bright colors, source of contrasts which the watercolour in turn strengthens or softens.
The houses are also a topic that it affectionate; she likes to collect the atmosphere of it, and carries out “portraits” with the request.
